This website is operated by Alpha Manpower Pte Ltd, an employment agency licensed by the Ministry of Manpower, Singapore under MOM EA Licence No. 21C0488 ("Alpha Manpower", "we", "us"). When you use this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

2. Using this website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

  • submit anything that is false, misleading, or that impersonates another person;
  • upload files that contain viruses, malware or anything designed to disrupt a system;
  • try to gain access to parts of the site, or to any systems behind it, that you are not authorised to use;
  • copy or scrape the site's content at scale, or interfere with its normal operation.

We may suspend or refuse access to this website, and may decline any enquiry or application, at our discretion.

3. No guarantee of employment or of a pass outcome

Nothing on this website is an offer of employment, and no job listing here guarantees an interview, an offer, or a placement. Decisions about who to hire are made by the employer, not by us.

In the same way, we do not and cannot guarantee the outcome of any work pass application. Applications for an Employment Pass (EP), S Pass, Work Permit (WP), Dependant's Pass (DP) or Letter of Consent (LOC), SAT verification, and any COMPASS assessment, are decided by the Ministry of Manpower and other government agencies. Processing times quoted anywhere on this site are indicative only. Any advice we give is an assessment based on the information available to us at the time, not a promise of a result.

4. Accuracy of the information on this site

We take care to keep the content on this website accurate and current, but job vacancies, salary ranges, requirements and legislation change. We do not warrant that every page is complete, accurate or up to date at the moment you read it. Before you rely on anything here — particularly on a work pass or immigration matter — please confirm it with a consultant or with the relevant government agency.

Information you send us through a form is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or loss arising from your reliance on information published on this website, including where a job listing has been filled or withdrawn.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability under the Employment Agencies Act and its licence conditions, or for fraud. If you engage us to provide recruitment or work pass services, the terms of that engagement apply separately and take precedence for those services.

We may update these terms from time to time — for example, if we add a feature to the site or if the law changes. The version published on this page is the version that applies, and the "last updated" date at the top will change when we revise it. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of this website.
