1. Who we are

This website is operated by Alpha Manpower Pte Ltd, a Singapore employment agency (MOM EA Licence No. 21C0488). We are the organisation responsible for the personal data described in this notice. You can reach our Data Protection Officer at dpo@alphamanpower.com.sg.

2. What this website collects

There are two forms on this website.

The enquiry form on the Contact page

It collects:

• your name;
• your email address;
• your mobile number;
• your company name, if you choose to provide it;
• your message to us.

The application form on each job page

It collects:

• your name;
• your email address;
• your mobile number;
• your LinkedIn profile, if you choose to provide it;
• your cover letter;
• your CV, which you upload as a PDF, DOC or DOCX file of up to 4 MB;
• the job you are applying for.

We ask you not to send us more than we need. In particular, please do not include your NRIC or FIN number, your passport number, or other identity document details in a cover letter or message unless a consultant has asked you for them.

3. Why we collect it

• Enquiry form: to respond to your enquiry and to discuss the recruitment or work pass matter you have raised.
• Application form: to assess your application for the role you applied for, to contact you about it, and — if you are put forward — to share your details with the employer for that vacancy.
• Both: to keep a record of the contact so that we can answer follow-up questions.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising. We will tell you before your details are shared with an employer, and we will not send your CV to an employer you have not been told about.

4. How your information reaches us

When you submit either form, the content is turned into an email and delivered to our own mailbox. Delivery is carried out by a third-party email delivery provider, which means your enquiry — and, for a job application, your cover letter and your CV file — is transmitted to that provider so that it can send the message on to us. The CV file is sent as an email attachment.

Our website itself does not store the contents of either form in a database.

5. Cookies and tracking

This website sets no advertising cookies and runs no advertising or analytics tracking scripts. It loads no third-party scripts at all: fonts, styling and the small amount of JavaScript used by the forms are all served from this domain. Because of that, there is nothing here to consent to.

6. Keeping it safe

The site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are transmitted to our email delivery provider over an encrypted connection. We restrict access to the mailbox that receives enquiries and applications to staff who need it.

7. Access, correction and questions

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you and ask us to correct anything that is wrong. Write to our Data Protection Officer at dpo@alphamanpower.com.sg, or use the enquiry form on the contact page. Please tell us enough for us to find your record, such as the email address you used and the role you applied for.

If you would like us to stop contacting you about a role, say so in the same way and we will action it.
