- What does an employment agency licensed by MOM actually do?
- We source and screen candidates for employers, and we handle the paperwork that surrounds a hire — including work pass applications and the related advisory work. Our licence is issued by the Ministry of Manpower, Singapore, and our licence number is 21C0488. You can check an agency licence on the MOM website.
- Do you help with Employment Pass, S Pass and Work Permit applications?
- Yes. We prepare and submit EP, S Pass, WP, Dependant’s Pass and Letter of Consent applications, renewals and cancellations, and we carry out SAT verification. We also advise on whether a candidate is likely to qualify before an application is filed, including an assessment against the COMPASS points framework for Employment Pass applications.
- What does COMPASS mean for my Employment Pass application?
- COMPASS is MOM’s points-based framework for Employment Pass applications. Points are awarded across salary, qualifications, firm-level diversity and local employment, and shortage-occupation or strategic-economic-priority bonuses. We assess the candidate against those criteria and tell you which levers are realistically available before you commit to an application.
- How do I apply for a job through Alpha Manpower?
- Open the role you are interested in on our Careers page, read the full description, and complete the application form attached to that page. You will need your name, email address, mobile number, a short cover letter and your CV as a PDF, DOC or DOCX file of up to 4 MB. If you would rather email us directly, send your CV to careers@alphamanpower.com.sg and quote the position title. A consultant reviews each application against the employer’s requirements and contacts you if your profile is a match.
