About this role
This is a permanent, full-time position with a design studio in the Kallang / Whampoa area. Shortlisted applicants will be asked to share a portfolio or examples of their work.
Responsibilities
- Prepare concept boards, material selections and mood presentations for client meetings.
- Produce space plans, elevations and detail drawings for tender and construction.
- Build 3D models and renderings to communicate the design to clients.
- Assist with site measurements, site visits and coordination with contractors.
- Maintain the sample library, supplier catalogues and project documentation.
- Amend drawings promptly as client feedback and site conditions change.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture or a closely related discipline.
- A portfolio showing residential or commercial interior work, including coursework.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp and a rendering tool such as V-Ray or Enscape.
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop for presentation material.
- Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage several project deadlines at once.
- Able to communicate clearly with clients, suppliers and site teams in English.

- Basic salary of $2,400 to $3,000 per month, depending on portfolio and experience.
